JORGE BOTREL
Business Administrator from FEA-USP with extension from Turku University (Finland), Executive MBA in Finance from Insper and specialization in Sales and Strategy from Harvard Business School (USA). Prior to serving as a consultant, he worked for 17 years in executive positions in the Commercial, Marketing and Sales Planning and Operations areas at companies such as Credicard, Vivo and Nextel, where he was the National Commercial Director, with a sales team of over 2000 vendors nationwide focused on both B2B and B2C. Participated in the planning and execution of sales plans with annual growth above 20%, elaboration of sales channel segmentation strategies, alignment of operational and strategic performance indicators and launching of products and services. He has been working since 2015 at the Miami - São Paulo bridge, helping clients who want to establish a business in the United States, as well as supporting on the obtention of residency visas in the US.

DAVID KALLAS
He has a doctorate in strategy from FGV - EAESP, a master's degree in business policy and business economics and a degree in business administration from the University of São Paulo (FEA / USP), with an extension from Stockholm University, Sweden. Since 1994 he has been managing companies, working with strategy, performance evaluation and processes in large, medium and small companies (including start ups) in Brazil and Latin America, operating in various market segments. He teaches at Insper, FIPECAFI, FGV, HSM Education, Dom Cabral Foundation and Saint Paul. He is the Executive Director of Anefac - National Association of Finance, Administration and Accounting Executives. He has articles published in national and international magazines and events. He is the co-organizer of the book Strategy Management: Experiences and Lessons of Brazilian Companies (Ed. Campus, 2005) and chapter author in the book Executive MBA (Saraiva, 2008).

GUSTAVO BUORO
He holds a master's degree in Business Administration from the University of São Paulo (FEA / USP), an MBA in Financial Management, Controlling and Auditing from FGV, and professional improvement courses at New York University and the New York Institute of Finance. As a professional with 15 years of experience, he participated in consulting projects in the areas of strategy and process management in healthcare companies, services, information technology, industry and capital goods. He also worked in renowned organizations in the areas of Finance and Strategic Planning, reaching the business controller of a national company in the food sector. He is also a teacher at Saint Paul Business School.

FLAVIA RIBEIRO
PMP Certified Professional - Project Management Professional with a postgraduate degree in Business Management in Services from Mackenzie University and a bachelor's degree in Business Administration. She is an Insper Professor at Executive Education, Ibmec MBA and BBS Postgraduate. Participated in projects in the areas of strategic planning, balanced scorecard, process redesign and business plan building in companies in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, insurance, advertising agency, capital goods and retail sectors. She also worked in large organizations in the areas of marketing and executive education. Participated in the technical review of the book Alignment by Kaplan & Norton (Ed. Campus, 2006), David McKean's book Strategy to the Point and develops technical opinions on works related to the themes of strategy, planning and management and projects.

PAOLA IRRIBARRA
Over 16 years acting as a Senior Paralegal, Immigration Specialist and Business Developer in the USA. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from Florida International University (FIU). She is responsible for customer management and project monitoring. Has deep knowledge of the Florida business environment. Fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese. She is based in the US office.

ELKE BÜRGERS
Executive with over 15 years of experience in large multinational companies such as Volkswagen, Nextel Brazil and Vodafone, where she was Director of Marketing, with extensive experience in the areas of Strategic Planning, Sales Planning and Operations. Graduated in Business Administration from PUC SP, MBA from FGV in São Paulo and specialization in Leadership and Business from Seneca College - Toronto, Canada. Responsible for content management, customer service and digital channel management, as well as the entire customer experience strategy. Fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese. She is based in the Brazilian office.

PAULO SAVIOLI
Graduated in Business Administration from FEA-USP and Culinary Arts from Le Cordon Bleu in Miami, Florida, he participated in the setting up and opening of several food businesses. Has deep knowledge in the field of gastronomy in restaurants with diverse profiles in operational character (kitchen, salon and management) and during the process of business assembly, both in the American and Brazilian markets. Resident in Miami, Florida, has also been certified by WSET - London and has experience in wine menu consulting and various other menus. He is based in the US office.
